Overview
The calendar allows you to see all the scheduled jobs and events for the whole day, week or month. Event types are identified by different colour labels on the scheduler. You can also easily schedule or reschedule new events by double clicking on the calendar slot and assign open jobs by drag and drop.
Different types of events can be added on the calendar:
Job | Only one person can be assigned, appear in the pink label. |
Absence/Leave | Multiple people can be assigned, can be recurrent, appear in the orange label. |
Call | Multiple people can be assigned, can be recurrent, appear in the purple label. |
Meeting | Multiple people can be assigned, can be recurrent, appear in the green label. |
Filters
Above the calendar there are different types of filters to help you filter calendar results. It is able to apply a combination of filters to get your desired results.
Engineer filter | Results will show only events for the selected engineer(s). |
Clients filter | Results will show only jobs for the selected client(s). |
Events | Results will show only selected types of event(s). |
Date range | It is applied to export results only. You can get the Excel file by clicking the ‘Export to Excel’ button. The file will include a list of events scheduled within the date range. |
Views
The calendar is set by default to show current week including weekends. You can change the view by selecting a different view in the right corner and changing the date using arrows in the left corner.
Day | Shows events scheduled for a selected day. |
Work Week | Shows events scheduled for a selected week excluding weekends. |
Week | Shows events scheduled for a selected week including weekends. |
Month | Shows events scheduled for a selected month. |
Agenda | Shows events scheduled for a selected week as an agenda. |
