It’s not necessary for the client to have an account to the client portal. Customers can request a service without logging in by filling out the Client Request Form available on the Client Portal login screen, just clicking on the Client Request Form button to open the form. After submitting, the request will be immediately visible on the Pending Jobs Table for the service company.
Send a request with client portal account
Clients who already have an account should send requests via the client portal. Request form will be visible once after logged in. The Client Request form in the client portal is the same as that one for unregistered users but some fields are pre-populated from the client profile. After submitting, the request will be immediately visible on the Pending Jobs Table for the service company.
