Creating new contracts is available from the contract list screen. To go there, open the left side menu and choose ‘Contracts’ from the PPM menu. Then click ‘Create a contract’ at the top right corner.
Then you will see a contract details screen. Here you can specify all necessary details for the contract, such as client details, contract frequency and duration, contract amount and billing type. If you need to set a non-standard frequency, adjust it by using the ‘Periods between visits’ field. For example, if you would like to have visits every 2 weeks then set frequency to 1 week and periods between visits to 2. Next to the billing type you can enter the total contract amount or per visit charge.
After creating a contract there will be a possibility to add parts and attachments - they will be attached to each contract job.
