How UK Field Service supports planned preventative maintenance
UK Field Service provides a module to handle planned preventative maintenance (PPM). You can create maintenance contracts for any date range, with different visit frequency and choose to charge per entire contract or separate visit. Once the contract is created, a visit plan will be created for the entire contract duration. Jobs for those visits will be generated automatically by the system the day before the planned visit date. All contract invoices will be visible in the ‘Invoices’ tab in contract details. Also, you will get reminders about events like contract expiry or visit generation.
