Different types of reminders
UK Field Service will remind you about different events linked to your contracts, such as:
- Planned day of visit generation,
- Conflict of scheduled visit with other jobs,
- Contract expiry,
- Generation of contract invoice.
Reminders linked to a particular contract can be viewed in the ‘Reminders’ tab below contract details. Reminders from all contracts can be viewed in PPM > Reminders (left side menu).
Reminders for the contract
Reminders will be visible on the list until you dismiss them. To do so, select reminders and click the ‘Mark seen’ button.
