This article shows how to update the information about the company, including financial details and SLA Settings

Various company settings can be found in Settings > Manage Company. Here administrators can update information about their company, not only basic information like company name, contact details, address but also financial details and SLA Settings. They can also choose whether to send the post-work survey to clients or not.
- Company details tab
Here admin users can update company name and company contact details such as support email, phone, fax, and URL link of their company website. They can also choose whether to send the post-work survey with remote signature collection to clients and whether signatures or resolutions will be required to resolve the job in the app. Also, they can edit your own unique link to the client portal and specify terms and conditions which will be displayed on the work docket and invoice footer.
- Company address tab
Address of the company can be updated in the ‘Company Address’ tab.
- Company logo
Your company logo can be uploaded or deleted in the ‘Company Logo’ tab. Adding your company logo could enhance branding and customer satisfaction as this will appear in various places such as page layout on the admin site and client portal, invoice, emails to your customers, etc.
In the Financial details tab, admin users can set daily working hours and hourly rates accordingly, update payment terms and currency, and add the VAT number for the business. These financial details will be used for calculating billing costs on the invoice.
In the SLA settings tab, admin users can update SLA times for unregistered client requests and registered client requests. SLA times for specific / VIP clients can be also set in clients settings. SLA breaching alert would be triggered for each job and/or each client accordingly based on this setting.
