Turn a client request into a job


This section describes a process of managing incoming client requests.

Request from unregistered client

You can find client requests in the Pending Jobs Table. If the request comes from an unregistered client, you will have to add this client to your client list.
You can do that by clicking the “Add client” icon on the right side. Once you’ve added the client, the icon on the right will change to “Respond” icon.
Clicking it will redirect you to the Log New Job page where you can create a new job based on the request.
Client details and job description will be populated with data from the request.

Request from registered client

If the request comes from a registered client, you can respond to the request directly by clicking the “Respond” icon on the right side of the Pending Jobs Table.
Clicking it will take you to the Log New Job page where you can create a new job based on the request.
