Firstly a technician will record a travel time by pressing “Travel” while travelling to the site.
Once he arrives on site, he can press the “Work” button to start recording work time.
When the job is finished, the engineer presses the “Close” button, then the job disappears from the list and becomes Resolved.

Work remotely
To record a remote session press “Work Remotely” instead of “Travel”. Utilising remote signatures the normal workflow process can be followed with all the same functionalities as on a normal session.
