This article explains how to set up a connection and sync data between UK Field Service and Xero accounts.

Sign up with Xero
If you have your Xero account but not an account on UK Field Service yet, then you can sign up to UK Field Service using the “Sign up using Xero” option on the Sign Up form. After clicking “Sign up using Xero” you will be asked to log in to Xero and to grant access to your organisation data in Xero. After that you will be redirected to the UK Field Service which will automatically pull your organisation data and contacts from Xero. You can see pulled organisation details on Settings > Xero Integration page or on Settings > Manage Company page.
Sign in with Xero
If you have both UK Field Service and Xero accounts, then you can log in to UK Field Service using Xero authentication. After clicking “Sign in with Xero” you will be asked to log in to Xero and then you will be redirected to UK Field Service. Note that no data will be pulled automatically. If you wish to sync data, click “Connect to Xero” on Settings > Xero Integration and then sync contacts / invoices.
Connect to Xero
Connecting to Xero will allow you to sync contacts and invoices between UK Field Service and Xero accounts. Go to Settings > Xero Integration and click “Connect to Xero”.
You will be asked to log in to Xero and to grant access to your organisation data in Xero. After that you will be redirected to the UK Field Service.
- Organisation - shows organisation data pulled from Xero
- Contacts - here you can pull contacts from Xero, they will be added as Clients on UK Field Service.
- Invoices - here you can send selected invoices from UK Field Service to Xero
